So I said on my family blog that I would post on this blog about things that totally annoy me. Don't say that you weren't forewarned.
My Pet Peeve #1
(Utah) Women of a certain age who shop in the Junior's Department and/or share clothes with their daughters.
Okay I am the only one on the planet who thinks this is a crime? Seriously women over 35 should NOT buy clothes that have the following:
-"JUICY" written on any part of their body
-Bright pink flowers on their bathing suits
-Pants that ride lower than their daughters'
-skulls or tatoo shirts
-BP clothes from Nordstrom (hello , I am too old to wear those clothes!)
Boy I'm glad I got that off my chest. I wish I had the u you-know-whats to call women out on this while shopping.

I agree...it's so annoying! And can I add one...women over 35 who wear bikinis. I just think there's a certain age where we need to come to grips with the fact that maybe we should suit up in a tankini...

The stalking continues...I am bored and found your link on Ego's blog. The shopping in the kids section apparently isn't just a Utah thing. Today while looking for baby clothes at CHILDREN'S PLACE, a teenage girl about 16 and her overly tanned mother were picking shorts off the clearance table in the girls' section. Maybe for someone else? After they start holding them up to their own bodies and saying "this will go with my new shirt". Although fairy petite and likely proud that she can fit into that size (as I would be)...it still ain't right!!
Oh man. Isn't it awful how many moms do dress like that. Ben and I used to count how many we'd see at the University Mall.
By the way, I LOVED LOVED your family pictures on your blog...the ones on the cool couch and with the tutu!
